The choice to use MapleTail turned out to be a good choice. From communication to the day she delivered. We could tell that she had been well bred and taken care of. The little girl is just a playful little thing that brings us joy and happiness. She enjoys her naps and then she is wide open again. Been a great experience and we are proud we made the decision. We got our Yorkshire puppy, 9 weeks old, 9 days ago. When she was handed over to us, she was shaking. I held her on my lap for the ten minute drive home and she was fine when we got home. The first few days home she would only eat her dry kibble, refusing treats. Now she is curious about everything and very comfortable with us and loves treats. She has now bonded very well with us and hates to be away from us. She was a blank slate when we got her, no training whatsoever which is what I wanted. She now knows sit and come and we're working from there. MapleTail was very professional and I would definitely adopt from them again. She didn't have any separation anxiety when we got her. Puppies bounce back quickly if given a good dose of love and affection. Good job MapleTail.

We had a great experience working with Maple Tail to bring home our new Yorkshire puppy. The communication was excellent throughout the process, we were able to find out more about the puppies before we made the purchase and we ended up with fantastic new pup at the end! My process was smooth. My puppy concierge and travel person were great at getting our puppy to us. I actually travelled to the puppy and our travel consultant worked out the details for me to meet our breeder at the airport which worked wonderfully for me. We love our little puppy to the moon. She is so sweet!
